Plans for this summer’s Flag City Balloon Fest are
flying high and we invite you to be a part of the excitement August
12, 2011 through August 14, 2011 @ Emory Adams Community Park,
Findlay, Ohio!
The fee schedule to participate at the Flag City
Balloon Fest 2011 is $425.00, plus 10% of gross receipts to
be collected, as a donation to; United Way of Hancock County, which
is a 501 (c) (3) charity and tax deductible. Vendors will be
observed for an estimate of receipts. Donation is expected prior to
departure of event. In lieu of the 10% donation, vendors may opt to
pay $600.00 to the United Way of Hancock County, payable with this
application. However, no refund will be granted in case of inclement
weather.
All vendors will be in the central area of the park.
We will accommodate twenty-one, (21) vendors for this year’s event.
Positions will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a June 1,
2011 deadline.
Please read over the enclosed information carefully. Then,
complete and sign the application and electrical
needs request form, provide proof of insurance, and
send along with full payment of $425.00, a $50.00
refundable clean-up fee and mail to:
