		New Event: Serena’s Song Tethered Rides for the Disabled.    Serena's Song, the Worlds first FAA approved wheelchair accessible balloon will be giving tethered rides to community disabled children and adults.
		New Event: Paid Tethered Balloon Rides for the Public      Passengers can have a unique Hot Air Balloon experience while still safely tethered to the ground.  Rides given on a first come, first served basis for a small fee.
		New Event: Paid Hot Air Balloon Rides    (Pre-scheduled) on Thursday through Sunday morning (pre-registration required).     Limited number of balloon rides will be available for the 2007 Flag City Balloonfest    Passengers will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis.   Flights occur only in early morning and early evening.    Cost is $225 per person and must be paid in advance to reserve your flight. Information below must also be submitted to reserve a flight.     Passengers will be scheduled for a specific flight date & time, if flight is cancelled due to weather, a refund of $150 per person will be mailed by 9/1/07.  If you prefer, you can reschedule your flight for another time or the during the 2008 event.    After your reservation fee is received, you will be mailed a flight certificate that must be presented to your pilot on the day of your flight.    Click on Altitude Endeavors for more information or reservations.

	11:00 am – 5:00 pm	New Event: Boy Scouts Demonstrations and Promotion.    Boy Scout Village with Order of the Arrow and Eagle Scouting activities.      Also two hot air balloons featuring the Eagle Scout logo and the Order of the Arrow logo.
	Noon – 5:00 pm	Birds of Prey Exhibition
	Noon – 6:00 pm	New Event: Stunt Kite Teams Sanctioned Competition.    Watch kites perform to music in ballet flight and precision stunt flying.  Ten teams from surrounding states will compete.
